Getting an Impact Custom Mouthguard is simple and fast. Just follow these three easy steps and you'll soon be protected.

Order your guard - find your sport in the Custom Mouthguards section below, Click the link and order directly from that page. You'll be able to select your colors and upload a logo for the guard. If you'd like to take advantage of the 50% off offer for a second guard you’ll be able to do so there.

We'll send you a quick, simple kit to make an impression of your upper teeth. You'll find easy instructions included and the materials you'll need to complete the impression. You can also view the easy instructions on our YouTube video.
Send your impression back to us in the postage paid envelope. Upon receipt of a good impression we'll have one of our craftsmen create your guard. It'll take about 7-10 days for us to complete yours and send back the finished product.
