    I asked for the mouthpiece to be cut in the back because I have a horrible gag reflex! You can't even tell that the mouthpiece is smaller! And it is so comfortable. My only complaint is that the orange is kind of see through. I made my mouthpiece orange and blue, so the orange looks a little grey. Other than that, I'm way happy!
